We are pleased to tell you about the participation of our specialists in the educational program in three training modules "Rehabilitation. Creators of Change" from KMBS and Rehabilitation of War Trauma in Ukraine.
Our member, Yulia Dulenchuk, listened to mega useful lectures from excellent specialists-leaders in her field. It was extremely useful because she studied next to like-minded people, also leaders of rehabilitation in Ukraine - a powerful team - a driving and patriotic community!
These were intense discussions with colleagues on current issues and finding effective solutions. And also, homework - projects with strategic thinking for a better rehabilitation system.
Extremely powerful panels with leading stakeholders and lecturers: Eduard Maltsev, Maryna Starodubska, Antonina Kumka, Olena Kulchytska, Masha Grihina, and others provided invaluable knowledge!
A lively dialog with representatives of the legislative and executive branches of government to discuss problematic issues, resolve existing difficulties and implement necessary government initiatives. All this will contribute to the development of rehabilitation and understanding of the participation of all professionals working in this field.
All three modules shaped systemic thinking, built leadership skills, built a strategy, highlighted the organization of the process, revealed culture, best qualities, talked about values, opportunities and expanded our communication.
According to Yulia.
"The most valuable thing I received was my own growth, changes, new vision! A kind of transformation! Because during the study period, time stopped. It gave me the opportunity to look at everything from a different angle, think about the most important things, organize what I learned, and of course, think about new ideas and their implementation."
In addition, our colleague's participation in the Leadership School will allow us to better develop speech and language therapy in Ukraine.
